Business Finance, Business Angels

There are two hot terms bouncing around. One - Individual Voluntary Arrangements. Two - Company Voluntary Arrangement. Both are mainly the same, and we'll talk about IVA later, but for now, we will hit on the CVA. It's a government-made alternative to keep a struggling company (small or big) from going into the 'B' word. (bankruptcy). Nobody wants to see that happen. Especially a big company, and especially the government. That's a huge reason we are in the recession we are in. Large, extremely powerful banks in America and the wider banking world crashed and sent everything else nose-diving. So if your considering bankruptcy, consider this first.

Sadly, the economy lately has been rough. Now, I'm not the kind of guy who writes drama and gossip about business finance like it's Linsey Lohan. That's not the point. The point is that many companies, small (fun sized) and large, have been falling in their financial status. So, at least for the small ones, who is there to help these companies who need business finance - for a financial turnaround? This why companies like Beer & Young are important. They help falling, struggling companies on getting back to where they were. (Thus the 'turnaround' part). Or even better - they are generally returned to soundness and greater profitability.

So what exactly is Beer and Young (http://www.beerandyoung.com) you might ask. Well it is the company you go to when your own company starts suckin'. Or - in more official words - Beer and Young is 'a turnaround business finance advisor'. But either way you look at it, they help people like you get help for financial problems and need a financial turnaround possibly through a CVA. Now, as for what CVA stands for - I really don't have any idea. I even looked it up. Maybe it's just that I don't really care enough. Or it's a secret. Well OK - I'll release the secret. CVA stands for Company Voluntary Arrangement. There - Genie's out of the bottle.

If you're looking for some turnaround solutions for your company, a good idea would be to join a blog. Now joining a blog isn't like joining a tiddlywinks club, it's more like subscribing to a service. There are plenty of blogs out there that post daily on different client turnaround finance companies who are good at helping small businesses who need business finance. Oh, and of course what kind of financial turnaround blog would be complete without some good old-fashioned depressing news about the economy? It's like you get 2 for the price of one. I feel like I'm getting quite a good deal here.

If your company's having problems and you need a group to help you with a financial turnaround, then you should look into a company called Beer & Young. From what I hear, they have been doing this for quite some time, and apparently, they're pretty good at what they do. I wouldn't know personally because I don't have a company that sucks *cough cough* but they are one of the biggest funding companies for the entire UK. Although when I was researching companies like this, I began to get mildly excited when I came across them because I though I may be able to use their beer services - it wasn't what I thought. Apparently it's a guys last name. who knew. Guess I shouldn't have tried to order that 15 gallon keg from them.

If you came to this website to learn more about the exciting world of turnaround finance (which you probably didn't) and you're interested in finding consultants for a financial turnaround (which you probably aren't) then you lucked out on reading this article. Ahem... Let's get it started here. There are hundreds of groups called 'turnaround finance groups' which consult your company back onto the track of success. Now, your probably asking "well Mr. Article writer, where can I find info on a few of these groups?". Great question person who can't use Google. Answer is - search Google for turnaround finance or Beer and Young or something like that.

Struggling companies in the recession of 2009/2010 can take heart- if they at least have a fundamentally sound business model. The search for business finance was never so ferocious, but with a panel of industry experts ready to take a company stake and provide an injection of business funding - companies like Beer and Young in London can help greatly.
With the banks ever inclined to take a too conventional look at the finances of failing companies, the prospect of business finance from good sources can easily look dim. But that why turnaround finance comapnies exist - they are ready to jump in as business angels to help out. Tough decisions may be necessary, but the firm needs to get back to good health, and seldom is that achieved by just injecting capital - right?
